SIMPLE CHRISTIAN
RADIO STREAMING.
ChristianRadio.FM provides a way for churches, pastors, and Christian ministries to share live audio broadcasts over the internet.
Broadcast your message using streaming software and make your audio available through a web-based radio player.
BUILT FOR SIMPLE
AUDIO BROADCASTING.
The focus is straightforward: send an audio broadcast to the streaming server and allow listeners to hear it through a compatible player.
LIVE AUDIO
Stream sermons, Bible teaching, worship services, prayer programs, and other Christian audio content.
RTMP BROADCASTING
Use compatible broadcasting software to send your audio to the streaming server using an RTMP connection.
HLS AUDIO PLAYER
The web player uses an HLS audio stream. HLS.js provides playback support in compatible browsers when needed.
LIVE DETECTION
The player can check whether a valid live HLS playlist is available and attempt playback when the stream becomes available.
WEB LISTENING
Listeners can open the station’s web page and listen using a supported web browser.
CHRISTIAN MINISTRY
A place for churches and ministries interested in sharing their Christian message through internet radio.
HOW LIVE RADIO
STREAMING WORKS.
Broadcasting uses a simple RTMP-to-HLS workflow.
CONNECT
Configure your broadcasting software with the RTMP server address and stream credentials provided for your station.
BROADCAST
Start sending your live audio to the streaming server. The server makes the audio available as an HLS stream.
LISTEN
The station player checks for an available HLS stream. When detected, it can attempt to begin playing the live audio.
A note about automatic playback: The player can detect an available stream automatically. Some browsers require the listener to press Play before sound can begin.
WHAT DO YOU NEED
TO BROADCAST?
You do not need a traditional radio transmitter to broadcast audio over the internet.
A COMPUTER
A computer capable of running compatible live broadcasting software.
AUDIO SOURCE
A microphone, mixer, or other audio source for your church or ministry program.
INTERNET CONNECTION
A stable internet connection with enough upload capacity to send your audio stream.
Broadcasting software: OBS Studio is one example of software that can send an RTMP stream. The service is intended for audio broadcasting, not video viewing.
